The Billi Sensor Tap range offers stunning ergonomic styling and the latest in sensor tap technology. A clever spout-mounted movement sensor responds as hands move into the basin, ensuring accurate and trouble free operation. Designed to be fully disabled access compliant, the Billi Sensor tap range is an excellent washroom solution for home, office, commercial, medical or educational environments.
Integrated within the spout of the Billi Sensor Tap, an electronic sensor discretely detects hand movement and automatically starts warm water flow. A discreet light indicates every stage of operation.
So that anyone can wash hands with ease, Billi Sensor Taps have been ergonomically styled to comply with Australian Disabled Access standards.

Firstly make sure the sink is clear of any obstructions which may be causing a false activation of the sensor. If it is a reflective type sink such as stainless steel the sensitivity of the sensor may need to be adjusted, which is a simple task.
This is likely due to a dirty sensor. Carefully clean the sensor window in the head of tap with a damp cloth.
