Unprecedented Tap Options
Billi offers an exceptional range of dispensers to suit our Alpine systems. Comprising two different styles of tap and a corresponding drain font, this range ticks all the boxes with clean sophisticated style, ease of installation and range of designer finishes available.
As with our other drinking water appliances, the entire Billi Alpine range is covered by a comprehensive 24 month warranty. As an Australian manufacturer we not only have close quality control but we are also uniquely positioned to offer exceptional after sales service.
New designer options.
Billi’s Chilled dispensers are now available in an unprecedented range of options. Consisting of two tap styles and a corresponding font, the range provides a clean but sophisticated look. The standard dispenser is the round slimline tap in chrome finish, explores the other styles and finishes available in Options and Accessories.
All Alpine systems include an energy saving standby mode that can be selected to activate after a preset time of non use, enabling partial power down to conserve power.
With a design focus on space saving our Chilled systems are often half the size of comparative underbench products and set the standard for space saving at an amazing 180mm wide.
No cupboard ventilation
No cupboard ventilation grilles or fans are required for our Alpine range. This leaves your kitchen cabinets looking much cleaner and also allows for easier and simpler installation.
Adjustable chilled water
The Chilled water temperature can be adjusted between 6 and 15 degrees Celsius to suit the application and users taste.
Unlimited drinking water
The Alpine range features our Freeflow technology, which means that even if the chilling capacity is exceeded the unit will still continue to provide a supply of filtered drinking water. This means that you will never run out.
Billi’s premium filters ensure that health threatening pollutants and impurities such as sediment, chemicals, heavy metals and pesticides are removed leaving you with refreshingly clean drinking water, every time. Our filter cartridges are exceptionally easy to change and can be ordered online or through your local approved supplier.

Absolutely. In fact your dispenser can be installed up to 2.0m from its undersink water filter. Remember, there will be a chilled water delay with a long extension.
We recommend a new filter at least every 6-12 months, depending on usage and water quality.
Yes. You should always use the correct filter for your water system.
Yes. As filters catch contaminants, they become soiled. Billi undersink water systems use mains pressure, so reduced chilled water flow indicates you should change filters.
The drain line is blocked. Check the drain point to ensure the gravity fed drain line can empty freely.
Contaminants collected in your undersink filter become concentrated when filters reach the end of their life and can affect water taste. Ensure that the filter is replaced at least every 12 months or 6,000 litres.
Yes. Billi Font is available for this purpose in a finish to match your filtered water dispenser.
