Whole-Home Water Filter Replacement
Billi’s whole house filter replacement service is available for any Billi Home system.
Our premium filters apply activated carbon fibre with minimal bonding as well as technologies like BWT’s Fibron X® media which has a superior contaminant reduction performance and capacity. The structure helps remove more than conventional carbon filters – which are made of granules and often held together with a resin – decreasing the surface area and therefore the quality of filtration.
Our premium whole house filter replacement cartridge service includes filters which have been certified to reduce:
- Sediment (ie particles in the water) and
- Chemicals (reducing chlorine and organic chemicals).
All while allowing minerals to flow through the appliance without scale or build-up. Also, our 0.2 Micron filters can reduce:
- parasitic cysts giardia
- cryptosporidium
- lead and;
- heavy metals.
Our Water Filter Replacement Service
Our customer-care plans range from DIY options through to maintenance and installation performed by our Billi accredited technicians. They include:
- A Blue plan – in which we send you replacement filters periodically, but you install the filter yourself
- A Silver plan – in which we send a trained technician to replace the filters
- A Gold plan – in which we not only send a technician to replace the filter but also to ensure the system itself is properly maintained (this is often the preferred approach for our commercial customers) and;
- A Refillable Co2 plan – for those seeking refills on their CO2 cartridges.
