2. Redemption is valid only for the purchases of defined Billi systems included on the marketing material enclosed within and/or listed on the Billi website (https://www.billi.com.au/promotions/current-promotion). A full list of SKUs that are included with this promotion are listed below.
3. Payment must be made in full during the promotional period, with proof of purchase tax invoice required to claim. The customer is responsible for claiming the bonus installation before 30th September 2024. Only claims that have been redeemed within the allocated period will be accepted.

6. Redemption is limited to a quantity of one free installation claim per customer unless otherwise defined.
7. The offer is only available with purchases made with approved participating retailers.

The date or period (month) provided on the final Tax Invoice is the date or period (month) that the purchase will be recognised within.
12. Due to increased scam redemptions being received, Billi reserves the right to request additional information, such as proof of identity and verification of bank details, as deemed necessary to process the claim.
13. Free Standard Installation claims must be installed within 12-months from the date of the approved redemption, and no later than 30th June 2025.
14. Free Standard Installation is subject to limitations regarding the cutting of stone and granite benchtops. Please refer to Billi’s companywide installation policy below or online (https://www.billi.com.au/products/installation/).
15. Offer available in Australian metro areas only where suitable power and water are available within 1 metre of the installation location.
16. Billi reserves the right to reject or decline any redemption claim at any time.
17. Billi respects the privacy of all our customers and partners, and as such will not act on behalf of the customer to request or independently source proof of purchase documentation, from any distributing merchant, online or retail supplier at any time. Billi does reserve it’s right to request verification of documents already submitted by the redeeming purchaser with the distributing merchant, online or retail supplier only after original provision by the redeeming purchaser.

FREE STANDARD INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard installation, for the purpose of this promotion, is for Billi Home range products and only applicable to the SKUs listed above in the general promotion terms and conditions.

A Billi accredited technician will provide Standard Installation to your residential premises.

Standard Installation Requirements regarding water and power supply must be met prior to the agreed date, or a callout fee will be charged for any and each re-attend(s) required.

Standard Installation DOES NOT include any stone cutting services, nor the cutting of benchtops greater than 48mm thick. The services of a qualified stone mason should be engaged.

Benchtop Limitations:
Standard installation does not include the cutting of granite or stone bench tops or bench tops that are greater than 48mm in thickness. Font installation is not considered standard installation and is not included in this offer. This will be at an additional cost.
If extra parts such as extension kits or replacement valves or connections are required during the installation, this will be at the discretion and additional cost of the customer.

Electrical and Plumbing Requirements:
Sufficient power and plumbing supply must already be in place prior to installation. Any additional electrical or plumbing requirements outside the standard requirements for a Billi unit will be at the customer’s expense. Power and water must be ready for connection at final install location before booking in an install date. Please refer to product install guide for further information.
Failure to prepare the site for the agreed date will incur a standard callout fee for any and each re-attend(s) required.

Locations:
Free Installation service areas are limited to metro areas including, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Canberra, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide & Hobart. Requests for installs outside of these areas will be considered on an individual case basis. Installation must take place within 12-months from date of approved redemption, but no later than 30th June 2024.

Spare Parts:
If extra parts are required during the installation, this will be an additional cost.
Installation Lead Times: As at end May 2024 current lead times for most areas are 2 – 4 weeks. We cannot guarantee lead times.
